Activities Farm visits and topical talks These range from farm visits, which may include visits during lambing, hands on demos of routine handling such as foot trimming, worming and protecting against flystrike, talks on topics as diverse as grassland management, equipment, feeding, winter care, legal requirements and transport regulations. Whatever the subject, Small Shepherds Club gatherings are always informative and enjoyable.
Annual Sheep Show and Sale We hold an Annual Sheep Show and Sale. This is an opportunity to see a wide range of other sheep and to try your hand at showing. Social Events The Club also has a number of social gatherings. Newsletter & Video Library We publish a newsletter some six times a year with details of planned events, member’s news, topical advice and an advertising section where members can advertise any animals or equipment wanted or for sale. The Club also keeps a number of videos which members can borrow on request. Home
